About Conch Bar

Middle Caicos is the largest isle of the Turks and Caicos, and Conch Bar is the most vibrant community of Middle Caicos.  In the seaside town, you will find the natural splendors of the cave system, stretches of unspoiled beaches, but you will also find a thriving community with schools, churches, convenient stores and a restaurant.  Conch Bar is central to Middle Caicos' many points of interest, such as the Caves, Mudjin Harbour and the beach. Conch Bar is truly the only walkable town of Middle Caicos. Our villas are steps to the beach and the Sea view Cafe, but it is a small community and may not have the plethora of services you may be accustomed to. Please speak with our Property Manager who will be happy to assist you with scheduling activities. We encourage you to stop by the several grocery stores on your way to Conch Bar or bring duty-free, non-perishable items with you. Always greeted with warm smiles and friendly people including a dynamic mix of locals and expats, Conch Bar is the perfect blend of a remote and pristine getaway amidst a social community.

Hailing from the island of Manhattan, NY, USA, Toronto, Canada and Kingston, Jamaica, the owners spent two years recreating this beautiful beachside tropical retreat with all the most modern amenities, with the intent of leaving you feeling like you're at home, just without sirens, traffic, and anxiety. 
When you spend what feels like a lifetime in the hustle and bustle of daily life, the quiet and tranquility and constant roar of the ocean is  an ongoing reminder that this safe friendly village captures the true meaning escaping, even for a few days.
